Hello!

We are an ESL recruiting agency based in Argentina and we are currently seeking partners in any country that is able to fulfill the recruiting role for our Teach in Colombia program. The only program of its kind in Latin America.

It would be a great opportunity for those who have a lot of spare time on their hands and a lot of connections in disposal. You could be anywhere around the world and still work for us as a Freelance Recruiter. Receive USD 400 for each participant you sign up for our Teach in Colombia program. There are more than 800 placements available every year!

If you have a lot of Friends or Clients or Connections, this opportunity is for you or if you want to build up your connections.

You will recruit Native English Speakers and non-natives with a high level of English for our partenered public schools and universities in Colombia.

Program at a Glance:

-Free to Apply!
-5, 6 and 11 month teaching contracts
-1,500,000 Colombian Pesos monthly stipend to cover living expenses
-Placements throughout Colombia (50+ cities)
-Co-teaching placements, with other Colombian teachers
-Extensive orientation upon arrival, in Bogota
-Courtesy Visa paid for by the Colombian government for the duration of the program (USD 300)

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or 4 year equivalent
-Citizen of the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand
-Native English Speakers are preferred, but non-natives with a high level of English and teaching experience are also welcome to apply!
-No criminal record (with the exception of traffic or other minor violations)
-Age 20-50
-A Courtesy Visa paid for by the Colombian government for the duration of the program (USD 300)

Job Responsabilities as a Freelance Worker:

-Using social media to source candidates and advertise our Teach program in Colombia (Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter).
-Qualifying candidates over the telephone, Skype or face to face
-Interviewing potential candidates over the telephone, building a relationship and gain a strong understading of their skill-set
-Creating in depth candidate profiles before sending to CW Latin America
-Setting up and arranging interviews
