By way of introduction we are Access International Business Institute, and English as a second language program located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our program was founded 32 years ago by our Director, Michael G. Milne, Ph.D. Access International is fully authorized by SEVIS and Homeland Security to issue the I-20 document which, in the hands of a qualified candidate, can lead to a international student visa (F-1) for study in the United States. We have had this authorization for 29 years.

Our instructors are all highly qualified native speakers of English, Americans with a great deal of experience teaching English as a second language. In addition to our core curriculum, we offer an optional TOEFL/MELAB course every day, Monday through Friday. In addition to preparing international students interested in learning English for business and other professional reasons, Access International has prepared many hundreds of international students for a college education in the United States. Ann Arbor is the home of the University of Michigan, a block and a half away, and many other fine institutions of higher learning.

Access International Business Institute is fully accredited by the American Council on Continuing Education and Training (ACCET).
