Location
Located on Florida’s “Gold Coast” between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach with year-round sunny average temperature of 25°c. Small, safe, friendly town with all the amenities of a big city with wonderful shopping centers, outstanding restaurants and numerous cultural activities.

The Institute
Just walking distance to the beach and close to shops and good restaurants, the school is situated in a one-story building in a lovely tree-lined plaza with fountains and plenty of free parking. The 12 bright and spacious classrooms are decorated in an international theme.

Methodology
We offer students a unique, natural and conversational approach to learning English. Courses are customised and personalised according to student needs. Quality instruction, hands-on student participation, and caring attention are guaranteed. On the first Monday morning, all new students take a Level Test to ensure they are placed in the most appropriate group. The course curriculum is organised into weekly self-contained modules allowing students to progress rapidly.

Programmes
Programmes are taught at a quick and exciting pace - 4 or more lessons daily covering listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. An exit exam is administered to all students to determine progress and those attending at least 80% of classes are awarded a Certificate of Achievement. The minimum age to study is 16 years, except during the winter and summer school breaks when we accept students between the ages of 12 and 15. Courses begin every Monday with the exception of our Executive Leadership, TEFL Teacher Training and TOEFL Prep Programmes which have specific start dates.

Standard I Program
Our Standard I Programme consists of 20 lessons weekly: four lessons daily Monday through Friday. Listening, speaking, reading and writing are emphasised as separate skills.

Standard II Program
This programme, consisting of 30 lessons weekly, combines the morning classes of the Standard I Programme with two-hour afternoon sessions Monday through Friday which allow students to customise and explore various English language topics in depth. Small size afternoon classes permit greater personal attention to individual student needs.

Extended Program
This programme includes our Standard I Program plus an additional two-hour private class, Monday through Friday afternoon. Students can choose from the specialised class options, including computer training, another language, business English or specialised English (Executive English, Leadership, Travel and Hospitality).

Executive English
The Executive English Programme is two-week course designed to meet the needs of the executive student. A needs assessment form is completed prior to the student’s arrival so that a specific course of study can be planned. This course often includes guest speakers and visits to local business institutions which are arranged according to the student’s interests and objectives.

Executive Leadership
This dynamic executive language programme deals specifically with the special communication challenges faced by non-native English speaking global executives on international assignments who must perform at demanding levels in the English language in the workplace. Executives communicate in English about complex business issues with increased confidence, knowledge and skill and team up with top level linguists and business professors/consultants who will prepare and immerse them in interactive, high-level discussions on business topics and issues. This programme will provide the non-native English speaking global executive with the confidence and skill required to perform at the most demanding levels. Executives meet with their teachers in the morning in small groups to work on field-specific vocabulary for the afternoon topic which is presented in an interactive discussion hosted by well-known speakers from the business world and university professors. This is a highly intensive, fast-paced programme and participants should be at at least a high intermediate level of English.

English for Travel and Hospitality
This course is designed to assist foreign students in preparing to participate in a hospitality and travel business atmosphere in which the English language is an important means of communication. The goal of the course is to provide language practice based upon readings and discussions which are pertinent to the hospitality and tourism industries. This will form the basis for activities in text analysis, classification, writing, oral and electronic communication, and the development and use of vocabulary. Included in the course are high-interest, interactive situations based upon actual business applications and internships at local nearby hotels.

Leisure Programme
This programme is specially designed for the student traveling as a tourist wishing to combine fun in the sun with English. Classes meet 15 hours per week from Monday to Thursday allowing time on Fridays to take advantage of the many wonderful nearby South Florida attractions. Participants may start on any Monday and are placed at their appropriate level after taking an entrance exam. Classes are lively and focus on conversation, student participation and the language of travel.

English with Golf: English classes from 09h00 - 12h45 daily; golf in the afternoons

Student Visas
We are authorized by the United States Immigration & Naturalization Service to issue the I-20 form for those students who would like to obtain the F1 Student Visa. To qualify for the I-20 form, students must be studying 18 hours or more per week. Students requesting an I-20 must complete the school's Application for Admission, including the I-20 portion of the form, and submit it with the necessary visa, health, and financial documentation. The completed I-20 will be sent to the student for signature along with information about the I-901 service fee. This fee is paid to the U.S. Government and must be submitted prior to visiting the American Embassy or local consulate where the student visa is issued. Contact with the embassy or consulate should be made early in the application process in order to verify local procedures and requirements which may vary slightly from country to country.

Social and Cultural Activities
We offer two free excursions each month, which may include trips to the Saw Grass Mall, nature parks, Miami, and Palm Beach. Other activities include beach parties, airboat rides, Wet and Wild, SeaWorld, Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens, MGM Studios and so much more. Nearby attractions include: Mizner Park with shops, museums, restaurants, outdoor concerts; Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach; Key West; Walt Disney World; Cape Kennedy; and Universal Studios.
