CPLC Education Center, is an ESL and computer training school located in Manhattan and Flushing, New York, Jersey City and Palisades Park, New Jersey as well as San Francisco, California. We offer 10 levels of English courses from beginner, intermediate and advance levels as well as the TOEFL Preparation Course lead by experienced and well-trained instructors.

Our students come from China, Japan, Russia, Poland, Korea, Turkey, Romania, France and Germany to name a few. Due to the rising cost of tuition fee, CPLC has maintained its diversity by providing quality education, a family environment and cost effective tuition rates for all international students.
