Kids like that need attention. Don't separate him from the groups and treat him exactly like you would treat the good kids. When he is disruptive take him outside and lean down to him and talk to him. Explain to him that you know hes a good kid, and he has to try harder. Have a meeting with his parents/guardians and see what they Say. Say that you know he can do it and he will earn his tokens back. I hope this helps.
