Overcrowded classrooms may or may not be a problem depending on the school and area in which the school is located. If it is a public school, elementary to High school, there are many immature students that might make learning problematic. In private or collages you tend to have less distractions from other students. The students set aside, crowded classrooms make it difficult for some to hear the teacher and see what is written on the board.
