If he does not abide and becomes violent then walk out.
Go the principals office, sit down and let them go to the class and sort it out.
If you do this enough time - most likely the other students will protest not having a teacher.
Ask the principal outright if he is asking you to work with this. sound official like you intend to write down his words and use it against him in future and see the difference.
Do not show fear for this individual - he would only use it to manipulate you every time.

Ask for the student to be relocated to another class or school.
write a letter to school official highlighting all of the potential hazards this individual poses not just to you but to the other students as well
