My I.T. (Intrinsic Treasures) that would be left behind to all my students.
A legacy of the unsung heroine: Each paragraph is my day to -day- encounter with life...... dedicated to all my students:

My sons and daughters, experience no matter how good or how bad has always been with purpose. It did not happen just like that: therefore, the best thing to do is to know how to rise on top of the rocks.

And, to value onself is self-esteem, and it is foundational: thus, an inferiority complex is the first problem that has to be solved: because before you can love or be loved - and before you can ever hope to be happy- you need to achieve a deep inner security of loving and respecting yourself. You also need to discover your real intrinsic self as a human being.

Self-love is an essential requirement to a healthful living. It also a vital ingredient to a long-lasting relationship. It is the key that unlock the door to a life of genuine joy: self-esteem as the deepest desire of our hearts. Self-esteem is not narcissism, not -the physical image of self that is the body.

I must belive that I have valued as a person-no matter who I was, who I have been or who I am, because I could be an encourager, an inspiration, a good motivator of hope. I could be a spirit lifter to disheartened people. I could be a conduit , a channel of God's love, joy and peace to flow by using the beautiful language of English.

In sharing knowledge to mankind, I could be able to help people rise from the gutter to be on top of the rocks, through teaching people on looking beyond the bitter realities of life by having broad understanding of its profound philosophy with brilliant/optimistic perspective in life.

Furthermore, I could motivate people be interested in reading books in English. Another thing is, help people to eradicate ignorance/illiteracy in English, by developing peoples' penchant to reading intellectual books, newspapers and magazines, which will give the winning edge of speaking competency among other human beings and also a point of reference and good foundation. As a result, there'll be dramatic changes in people's lives.

A fast tract and easy way in walking to the "avenue" of proficieny is watching movies. I could still recall the message of the wholesome movie - "Forest Gump". The message sent to the viewer was: YOU NEED NOT BE INTELLIGENT TO SUCCEED IN LIFE." And the movie, The Replacement Killer, when the head of the Mafia stated bluntly: "LIFE IS NOT ALWAYS LUCK,IT IS MORE OF A SKILL." Meaning, You need to be skillful to succeed with your objective in any endeavor. And with the movie entitled MATRIX, when one of the leading actors of stated simply."I'LL SHOW YOU THE DOOR, BUT YOU NEED TO OPEN IT TO GET THROUGH."

Another movie that gave me a very good impression is the "FAIRY TALE" - when the little boy told the girl, "HEY I DON'T BELIEVE IN FAIRIES, THEY ARE ONLY FANTASIES." Then the girl blurted , "BELIEVE AND YOU WILL SEE."

You need to be highly philosophical to accept things that seemed unaccepatble. And to tell you honsetly, I have been keeping with me two kinds of diaries: first , a diary that records the bad or the bad/wrong things I experienced in life; second, a diary that records all the good things that happened, and written on it are my visions in life. I never open my diary of gripes; and folded up the record of my lonely ordeal, instead unfold the diary of hope and optimistic perspective on the future of my teaching career.

I have known that there are three stages in life - the past, the present and the future. I burned the bridges I crossed and never looked back at the past. However, I never design my future, instead I allow the Almighty God to take control of my life. And I am not in a hurry of anything, if I do not see the "Promised Land" here on earth, I am pretty sure I will see it in the life after.

Lastly, let me share to all of you my principles in life. There is no royal road to learning- meaning even if you are the King or the President of the land , you need to work hard to become an expert. You need to toe the line into the avenue of proficiency, be it art in language or among other arts.

Furthermore, language learning is like riding a bicycle. It's either you keep on moving or you fall. Therefore, keep on practicing your skills in speaking and writing English so , your knowledge in English (were you have been trained) will not fossilize.

We defeat the purpose of this training if you do not practice what we have learned. Ways to easy access to the road of proficiency is reading good books ; listening to good newscasters in English on television and radio, ways to speedy journey in arriving at the avenue of proficiency. In the beginning you will feel awkward but as you move on continously communicating in English, you will feel the world of great difference.

Your kind of speaking skills must not be like a roller coaster since you have been trained and finally, your foundation in English has been restructured.

As I have told you many times- "YOU WILL SUCCEED, WHEN NO ONE IN THE WORLD BELIEVES IN YOU, NOT WHEN YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN YOURSELF"; and this is an absolute truth and proven beyond reasonable doubt in my walk toward the avenue of proficiency.

My last wish and my parting remarks:

Finally, believe in the principle that, "BRILLIANT WRITERS AND SPEAKERS ARE NOT BORN, THEY ARE MADE." THUS, MAY THE SEEDS THAT I PLANTED IN YOUR BRAIN BE WIND BENEATH YOUR WINGS SO, YOU COULD SOAR LIKE AN EAGLE THAT COULD TRAVEL THE HIGH MOUNTAINS AND BROAD SEAS AND COULD ALSO EMBATTLE THE STORMS THAT RAGE! MAY THESE DREAMS FOR ALL OF YOU NEVER DIE. May God bless all of us and move on travelling toward the avenue of proficenecy.
