The Delhi Public School Ahmedabad is a member of the Delhi Public School Society, which has a prominent presence in India with 112 schools, besides those in Kuwait and Nepal. The Society started its first school in 1948 and since then it has consistently given quality education aimed at the overall growth of every child.

Since its inception in 1996, DPS Ahmedabad is a coeducational, English medium school based on the C.B.S.E curriculum of teaching.
