Welcome to Bandung International School, our dynamic family school serving the multicultural community in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Bandung International School is a private, independent, non-profit school governed by a foundation comprised of parents, faculty and administration. School policy is set by an elected Board of Directors, and operational decisions are made by the school administration.

BIS offers an international, site-based curriculum, a high school diploma, and Advanced Placement courses. The language of instruction is English. The programmes offer high academic standards and innovative teaching and learning methodologies.

BIS is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), and in the United States by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

Students from more than 25 countries attend BIS.

At BIS we are concerned with developing the concept of what it means to be "internationally educated" and integrating this into the life of our school.
