The Canadian International School has long held a position of pre-eminence in the education of children in the International Schools market of Singapore and Asia. This standing has been earned through years of successful practice and a firm footing on the latest research on effective teaching methodologies tailored for the global student.

CIS provides International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programmes for children of expatriates from Early Childhood Education to Grade 12.

We are accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada and the International Baccalaureate programmes. Our graduates receive the Ontario Secondary Diploma or the IB Diploma, both of which are recognized around the world by major universities. We are also very pleased to be an associate member in the Council of International Schools (CIS). This prestigious designation puts us in the forefront of education leaders in the world.

CIS currently operates from three campuses. The Elementary Campus on 5 Toh Tuck Road houses our Early Childhood Education to Grade 3 programmes. Our Middle School campus, on 71 Bukit Tinggi Road, will feature Grades 4 to 8. Our High School students, from Grades 9 to 12, are at 514 Kampong Bahru Road.

Due to the overwhelming demand for programmes at the Canadian International School, we have recently acquired a fourth campus on 371 Tanjong Katong Road. Scheduled to open in September 2007, the Canadian International School Tanjong Katong Campus has a maximum capacity of 1000 students. It is housed in the newly renovated premises of the old Tanjong Katong Girls’ School. Easily accessible to the city centre, the Tanjong Katong site will cater to children of expatriates living in the East area of Singapore.
