Baku International School is a private non-profit institution that offers a high quality pre-school, elementary, middle school, and secondary level (high school) education with English as its medium of instruction. All elementary through secondary level teachers are certified teachers from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Subject area certified specialist teachers teach all core middle and secondary level courses. The school is fully accredited kindergarten through secondary level graduation by internationally recognized Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) in the United States. The school's educational philosophy is based upon a performance-based model that leads to mastery of the material outlined in the cooperatively written Quality Schools International (QSI) curriculum shared by all thirty-three QSI schools. Baku International School is fully accredited pre-school through secondary school graduation in the United States by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and receives support from the United States government Office of Overseas Schools.
