Brown Sam School (English Language Enrichment School) had been conceptualized and eventually established by Filipino professors and teachers due to the influx of English Language Learners (ELL) from South Korea, China and Japan.

Incorporators of Brown Sam School (BSS) carefully studied what these foreign professionals and students really wanted to learn about the English language.After seven years,the group (BSS Incorporators) finally laid down their evaluations and findings.

Hence, the BSS prepared an effective curriculum blended with the American & British styles/method that will really fit/suit the need of foreign students learning the English language for the first time or even for improvements and mastery.
