Did anyone take their families with them to Taiwan?

Hi,
My husband and I will have a 4 month old by next fall semester. Is it advisable for us to teach in a foreign country with her? I have already taught several times in China and studied in Taiwan. (I speak Chinese.)
Is anyone else doing this?
