Does anyone know if there is an online engine that would give the official spelling for: "Beijing" and "Zhongguo" according to the beijing dialect, (this is distinct from the "Standard Mandarin")?

In other words, is "Beijing" and "China", spelled in pinying the same way in Standard Mandarin as it is in Beijing dialect?
