very good suggestions to potential applicants who want work abroad. the problem if you follow all steps adviced here, you will trap you self in searching a job.
make it simple, the most important is:
1.should contact licensed employer,
2.red contract throughly before you sign
3. If you never worked in th ecountry, "Z" visa is 100% needed.
4. if you worked with any chinese school in just past 6 months and have got stamped recommendation form, it is very easy for your new employer to get your foreign expert certificate and residence permit, and "Z" visa is avoid. this is legal, fo cause.
