Im of mexican parents.these days i help a chinese girl with english and we have nice conversations.she kept telling me..YOU SHOULD Go to china and teach english..but i have an accent , and usually many other chinese and asians dn't consider me american cause i don't sound at all like White people or the people in movies. So why some chinese people still think i can teach in china. Even chinese schools want english teachers who have great American accents or British accents.. they don't want people like me.
