A degree is not a sign of competence, never has been and never will be. The degree holders here in China and Thailand are even dumber than those in the West, they are as dumb as dogs..t! Even those with PhD.
The world is indeed in serious trouble when we have so many stupid "educated" people in charge of almost everything!
