English teachers who are currently teaching abroad are invited to participate in a study that looks into the factors that make them feel more or less motivated and effective in their teaching context.

Requirements:
* Teachers who are currently teaching outside their home country
* From a country where English is the predominate language
* Native or near-native proficiency in English
