Heng Feng Foreign Languages School has an established, proven overtime curriculum. While teacher's creativity is always appreciated, we also have clear guidelines which might help you to manage your classroom. We also provide on-the-job training. We also understand that Chinese learners of English differ from native speakers and therefore we provide every teacher with an experienced,bilingual teacher assistant.

We realize that learning and teaching in a classroom of 60-80 students (which is usual size for a Chinese public school class) is everything but possible, and therefore our classes are never larger than 25 students. Generally, you will find your classes even smaller which will help you to monitor students' progress and achieve better results.

Our management system includes constant feedback, evaluation and supervision by a manager. If something doesn't go as well as planned, we are always there to help you fix it.

We understand your needs not only as a teacher, but also as an individual. Therefore, you will always feel as a part of the team. However, we are far from infringing on your personal time and privacy. Our teachers are not required to spend their personal free time at school and are free to prepare for the classes at the time of their choice. We also understand your need to understand Chinese culture better and therefore do not lock you up in a "foreign residents" compound but rather provide you with an apartment downtown, close to all shopping malls, restaurants, movie theaters and gyms. Your apartment is also always within a walking distance from the school and this takes care of the transportation problem.
