IAB is a Christian school located in the heart of Beijing, China, serving the expatriate community. Many of our students' parents are involved in faith-based non-profit work in China, but others are diplomats, business people and educators.

Formed in 1999, we moved to our present campus in the Lido complex during the summer of 2003 and have experienced considerable growth since that time. We are pursuing "dual" accreditation with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Founded on Faith: Our statement of belief:

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe He is the Creator and preserver of all things.
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His vicarious death, in atonement through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal bodily return in power and glory.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of the Scriptures, and that the Bible is the infallible, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
We believe in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature; and that men are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and that only by God's grace and through faith alone are we saved.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved unto resurrection of life to an eternal abode in the presence of God's glory and the lost to a resurrection of everlasting punishment.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.
