Mission
At Qingdao MTI International School (QMIS), our mission is to provide quality college-preparatory education that integrates faith and learning. Our goal is to prepare students to realize their full potential academically, physically, socially, and spiritually to meet the challenges of an ever-increasingly complex multicultural world.

Philosophy
We believe in providing an education based on Christian principles, open to all students irrespective of race, sex, color or creed. Our curriculum is intended to prepare students for active involvement in our contemporary, multicultural society and to equip them with tools for shaping the future.

We recognize that the primary responsibility for education rests upon parents. Our role is to assist families in helping their children develop a profound sense of their own worth and identity and to reach their unique potential as individuals created in God's image and for His glory.

We believe that lifelong learning occurs when students' hearts, minds, and bodies are actively engaged. For this reason, we provide academically challenging learning opportunities within a college preparatory course of study replete with exploratory activities.
