ZZMS recruits foreign teachers from English-speaking countries; in the past several years, there have been more than 30 teachers from America, Canada, Holland, Australia teaching in ZZMS.

At the same time, the school also sends its own English teachers for regular training courses in order to meet the requirement of the curriculum reform and to ensure a long-term improvement in listening and speaking skills of English.
