OWEN FOREIGN LANGUAGE SCHOOL was founded at the beginning of the new millennium. From 2000 to 2005, OWEN has become the largest private foreign language training school in Southwest China. With its headquarters stationed in downtown ChongQing, and surrounded by 8 language training centers in ChongQing city proper, we are NO.1 in capital, student enrollment,foreign staff enrollment, and growth.

OWEN utilizes international resources from around the world. We have set up education programs all over China, and have overseas offices stationed in New York and Sydney. Not only do we locally train Chinese in English, but we also enroll Chinese student in overseas universities to extend their studies. In addition, we have exchange programs, which bring foreign students to China.

In the rapidly growing economy of Chongqing, OWEN is rapidly expanding. We are continuing to work with schools in many Chongqing districts, solidifying our position in the external teaching market. As well, we are maintaining a flourishing internal program that has seen quick expansion with new students registering daily. We teach classes of all ages, levels and social backgrounds.
