Welcome to Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, founded in 1959 and located in Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi province, China（for more information of Jiangxi Province, please refer to http://www.jxcn.cn/english/）;, is a higher learning institute with focus on Chinese Medicine and related disciplines. There are four campuses, which cover a total area of 2308 Chinese acre. The university has the largest and the most ecological friendly campus compared with other domestic TCM universities and colleges in China. There are currently 15,000 full-time students.

The 20 Master’s programs and 20 bachelor programs offered by the university covers the fields of medical science, engineering, science, arts, management and economics. The university excels in teaching and research of Acupuncture. Its moxibustion technique ranks top in China. The university also enjoys good reputation in its role of inheriting and developing traditional Qigong and Taiji.

The university has been dedicated to the international education, exchanges and cooperation. With currently over 500 long-term international students and 100 students enrolled for short-annual TCM training program, the university ranks first in Jiangxi Province in terms of international education. The university is skillful in teaching TCM courses in different languages including English, French and Korean.
