ESL Teaching and Learning Tips
Dear Reddy 1966,
I want to first commend you regarding the initiative you took to go to the Hotel Training Manager to offer your services as a TESOL Teacher for their employees.
Here are some ideas and strategies to consider when submitting your CV:
In addition to submitting your CV, I would strongly recommend that you also submit a Cover Letter where you describe the experiences you have had in being a TESOL Teacher. Also, remember to include the specific strategies, i.e. use of visuals/pictures, cooperative group activities, use of role-play learning, hands-on activities, as a way of demonstrating to the manager that you are current with the modern strategies used in order to effectively Teach ESL Adult Learners.
Please let us know the outcome of your meeting with the Hotel Manager.
