Regarding your question about Online MA in TESOL Programs, I am able to let you know that from my own personal experience, the MA in TESOL Program from Alliant is top notch.

It is very demanding, rugged, and provides the student with strategies/skills needed to make sure that students receive instruction in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

The Thesis or project was great in that it was based on a real world situation from within a classroom.

I did the program in a traditional class setting- the online program is very similar.

As to other universities, I only know about Azusa Pacific's program as I taught the ESL component several years ago for them.
