***You, maybe you are in need of it - all beginners in a new job field need some guidance first. However, I want to encourage you to try out things yourself and not only to depend on what others say. Do not be afraid to make mistakes! Nobody is perfect.

***Incorporating arts and drama into ESL/EFL is something that is not common to ALL institutions offering EFL/ESL course programs. Some do, others do not. Therefore, this is a very special field not always included in typical courses of EFL/ESL teacher training. It is not really a field I feel competent in to advise you on. There is another poster on this board called SILVERBOY who may have some experience in it. Therefore, my suggestion would be that you ask your question addressing him in the Teacher Discussion forum on this site. I am sure he would be glad to help.

And please, please - mind your spelling; things like "thailand" are not becoming of an English teacher; it will not leave a good impression of you as a teacher!
