After my first UK Graduation, I worked as a Residential Social Worker, a Certified Counselor and Manager of an ESL Language School for Middle Eastern undergraduate students in the UK. I am a qualified English Language Professional and Educator with over a decade of experience in 11 different countries on many International Education Projects for the Ministry of Education. After leaving the UK I worked frequently in Education Management and Supervisory posts and University Lecturing in both English Language and Medical Anthropology, in Tunisia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia, Myanmar and Qatar.
In Doha, Qatar as the Academic Advisor/Center Manager: I updated Legal Documentation by Proof – Reading and grammatical correction, Correction of Policy and Legislative company documents. As well as instigating a crucial, arbitration by a more concise Value Managerial System, ensuring regular liaison as a vital point of contact for all hierarchical staff concerned. I achieved remarkable innovation in Teacher Training in Classroom Management, key study skill sets Student Centered Teaching and Learning and pedagogical Methodologies such as PPP, Scaffolding techniques, differentiation, effective Lesson Planning, Plenary Preparation and activity based learning. Prior to working in Qatar: I was a Vice Principal of the first International School, in Sohag, Upper Egypt. Achieving the aims of a ‘Start Up’ with an advanced design of a 2 year (1919 – 2020) modern UK Curriculum for all subjects, checkpoint and IGCSE Level and also writing the Academic 2 year Calendar before departing for Qatar. I liaised with several book publishers, ensuring the quality of UK course books and timely deliverables. I had successfully set up the first International School academia in Sohag, equipping them with my Managerial and Administrative expertise in the UK Curriculum in Egypt.
