3) Deputy Academic Director for VMG 2012-2014. I was in charge of recruitment,

training, course development, selling corporate training courses and management of

all staff. I addition, I liaised with the British Council continuously to establish the

only approved IELTS testing centre in Dong Nai.

4) Eastern International University, Vietnam: 2011- 2012: I was Beginner level coordinator responsible for curriculum design and mentoring teachers in this level. I also taught an upper intermediate IELTS class and was responsible for training MOET teachers.
