Looking to work in a reputable Chinese School or International School in the cities of Haikou or Shenzen at Primary level (ages 8-12) or university level. • Management experience - know how to get the best out of people, positive encouragement as well as honest and direct feedback learnt from training at Decathlon (retailer) – importance of one on one meetings as well as team meetings to define clear lines of responsibilities and expectations.
• Ability to make excellent professional relationships – as a recruiter, had to be tenacious and professional, have professional manner and appearance.
• Dedication and hard work – having come from a retail management background, I have a strong work ethic and a hardened commercial mind-set, for example, I have not taken a sick day in over 18 months. I also pride myself on my time keeping and professional appearance.
