As an English teacher, there are a lot of things that needs to be catered to. First, is to create a language learning environment that can cater to the needs of the students to maximize their learning. To be able to create that kind of environment, we need to consider the environment and figure out how to be able to tailor teaching so the learning experience of the students will be effective. Innovate in teaching. Know and be updated on the trends in teaching like the Flipped Classroom, Mobile Assisted Language Learning, and Computer Assisted Language Learning.

I believe that language learning is crucial for young people as it will build a foundation for the future. We live in a world where the English language is dominating the world commerce and therefore it is the trending language in the world. To be successful in the future, the students should be able to understand, and use the English Language. That is where I come in.

Innovative teaching is the new trend. Teaching language with the help of the computer, mobile phones and other gadgets is innovation. Coupled with some traditional style of teaching, I will be able to make my students learn and retain the target language which is English.
