Live Different Humanitarian Projects (Dominican Republic, Mexico):

maintaining customer satisfaction; active bartender; also responsible for opening and
closing the pub.

Responsible for managing waitress staff; responsible for the interview and hiring process
for waitress staff; developing weekly work schedule for staff, responsible for waiting on
and busing tables, active hostess and also responsible for all monetary transactions in
restaurant.
