Willena English is a recently opened Native run and operated English school based in Siheung city just outside Seoul. We are looking for a passionate enthusiastic teacher to teach elementary and middle school students.

All qualified applicants should have:

Visa: F2,4,5,6 Visa

Experience: at least 2 years teaching experience.

Qualification: Teachers with TEFL, CELTA, IDELT or similar qualifications or Educational backgrounds (degrees in Education, Childhood Development etc...) are preferred.

Personality: Applicants must have a passion for teaching children as well as patience and a good understanding of child development.

Other: Basic Korean skills and an understanding of Korean culture are preferred.

We are offering:

Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed: 1 pm~8 pm / Tue, Thu: 1 pm ~ 6:30 pm. (This includes prep time and breaks. Actual teaching hours are 4 fifty-minute classes a day, and Mon, Wed, Fri: 1 eighty-minute class.)

Salary: 2.7~3.2 million won (inclusive of housing allowance)

Housing: Not provided but housing allowance offered (see above)

Severance pay: Yes (Minus housing allowance and incentive payments)

Vacation days: 5 days in winter and 5 days in summer as well as every Korean national vacation.
