The ideal candidate for the IRT position is someone who enjoys working at various schools as a relief teacher and enjoys working as a curriculum developer and as an editor in an office environment at the YBM Jongno Head Office (located near Jongno 3ga station) when there are no relief teaching duties.

3. Working at the YBM PINE Head Office at Jongno Central Seoul office, when there are no relief teaching duties (9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mon to Fri)
4. A ratio of 20-30% for office working hours such as curriculum development & editing, and 70-80% for relief teaching

Relief teaching assignments hours- Able to leave for home after completing last class
9:00 am to 4:30 pm (PSA, Learning Tree programs)
9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Apple Tree programs)
9:00 am to 6:00 pm (GATE programs)
12:00 pm to 7:30 pm (LIA programs)

Start Date: As early as April 24th start or as late as May 8th start of contract
Position: Relief Teacher Position (IRT Position)
Salary: 2.3 million – 2.5 million won (Non-prorated always receive your base salary)
Housing: Applicant can choose the rent free single housing or housing subsidy of 450,000 won/month
Korean Pension and Health Insurance: Fully comply with this regulation
Benefits: Severance pay, 20 Vacation days + all national holidays off
Work Place: YBM Head office Jongno 3ga Station or YBM PINE schools in Seoul & Bundang
Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm when working on curriculum development
Relief teaching hours: 9:00 am – 4:30 /5:00 pm, 9:00am – 6:00 pm, 12:00pm-7:30 pm

2. Must have teaching experience
