YBM Busan Center Adults Learners Division in Nampodong is searching for a dynamic and professional full-time instructor to work split-shifts.

Working Hours:
The average working day would be to teach 2 – 4 hours of 50-minute classes in the morning starting at 6:50 and 2 – 3 hours in the evening staring at 7. You are required to work on Saturdays for at least 8 weeks; more than 8 Saturdays depending on the number of classes and/or teachers available.

Pay grades are determined by reference to your academic and teaching qualifications, as well as your years of full-time EFL experience with adults.
• Airfare to Korea provided – on completion of the term of the agreement, passage from Korea provided.
• Key money for housing PLUS monthly housing allowance.
• Paid training sessions with YBM Language Institutes teacher trainer.
• Severance bonus equal to one month’s salary
• Employer contributions to national medical insurance and pension plans.
• Minimum of 10 days paid vacation + Korean national holidays.
• 50% tuition reduction on YBM Korean, Japanese, or Chinese language classes.
• Visa processing costs reimbursed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hold a valid passport and undergraduate degree from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the United States, or the United Kingdom
• Formal EFL teaching experience with adult learners, and/or CELTA, TEFL certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated student/service oriented experience preferred
