We are a private academy, owned and operated by U.S. citizens, born and raised in California. One of us is a U.S. attorney and the other has a masters degree in taxation. We have worked for companies such as Samsung and a Big4 accounting firm in the U.S. Our business is operated under a U.S. model; including salaries, bonuses, benefits, organizational structure, hr processes etc.

Requirements:

1. B.A./B.S. or higher (MA and higher preferred) - Degree must be obtained at accredited universities/colleges in the United States ONLY, no exceptions.
2. Cover Letter and Resume or C.V.
3. Transcripts
4. Complete mastery and fluency of the English language
5. TESOL/TESL/TEFL preferred, not required.

If a position is offered, the following must also be provided:

1. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
2. Documents required for Immigration & Korean Education Ministry approval
- Apostilled Diplomas for all degrees
- Apostilled FBI background check
3. All candidates will undergo another background check performed by a 3rd party company in the U.S. (Exactly the way you would be subjected to a background check if being hired by a U.S. company)
4. E2 or F4 visa is necessary. We will sponsor and help you obtain an E2 visa if you do not qualify for an F4.

Pay: Highly Competitive. Compensation dependent upon qualifications.
Benefits: Medical, pension, paid vacation days, paid sick days, paid overtime, discretionary bonuses, etc.
Working Conditions: No more than 40 hours per week (9 hours per day with 1 hour for lunch and breaks in between classes. 5 days per week. Days vary). Anything over 40 working hours will be considered overtime. Any work, if any, performed on holidays will be considered and compensated as overtime.
