JAMSIL GATE (E2 & F4 Visa positions)

YBM GATE schools are Korea’s one and only English education program for gifted and talented learners. YBM GATE program has been extremely successful in the regions of Apgujeong, Seocho and Daechi and in 2015 YBM Education will open a new GATE school near Jamsil Station.

Jamsil GATE is looking for HOMEROOM TEACHERS and SPECIAL SUBJECT TEACHERS. This is a great opportunity to live and work in one of the most premium neighborhoods of Seoul! Conveniently, the school is located within a short walking distance from subway line 2 (Sincheon and Jamsil stations) and it is close to the Jamsil World Tower Mega mall, Lotte Amusement Park, the Sports Complex, Seokchon Lake Park and the Han River. HOMEROOM TEACHER (4positions): Compensation of 2.6 to 2.7 million KRW (E2 visas only)
Must meet one of the following criteria: 1) EducationMajor2) English Major 3) A Certificate/License to Teach at a public school in your home country.

SPECIAL SUBJECT TEACHER (4 positions): Compensation of 2.2 ~ 2.5 million KRW (E2/F4 visas)
Apply if you have a major/experience related to these subjects
* Art Subject teaching (arts and crafts related)
* Musical Theater/PE class (Music/PE related teaching)
* Science subject (Science related teaching; ideally science major such as Biology, Physics, etc)
* Chinese Language- Must be fluent in English with the ability to teach Chinese (other work visas besides the E2/F4 will be accepted)

Start Date: February 2015
Work Place: Jamsil GATE (walking distance to Sincheon and Jamsil Stations, Line 2)
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm all year-round will not fluctuate
Teaching Hours: Start at 9:30 am -4:30 /5:30 pm teaching hours
Housing: Applicant’s choice between provided housing OR housing allowance of 450,000 KRW
Benefits: Severance pay, vacation days + all national holidays off
Korean Pension and Health Insurance: Fully comply with this regulation

YBM GAEPO PSA (E2 Visa only)

YBM PSA program targets bright and enthusiastic students in the most successful neighborhoods of South Korea. Gaepo PSA is located inside the Korea International School (KIS) located just five minute walk away Guryong Station. This is a chance to work and live in one of the most premium regions in Seoul, the GANGNAM district.

Teachers love to work at this location as the school is located in an affluent neighborhood in the Gangnam district and the school provides super compact, short working schedule of 9am to 4:30pm sharp. At Gaepo PSA, teachers will be working alongside 15~20+ foreign teachers and with all YBM programs, severance pay, pension tax and medical insurance is fully complied to.
PSA program offers one of the working hours among the English programs in South Korea. All year-long, teachers have a short and compact schedule of 9am start and finish at 4:30pm sharp. Furthermore, there are more than 15+ foreign teachers working at this school supported by a great administration staff and top-class facility.

+ Must have the documents for the E2 sponsorship or currently possess E2/F4 visa
