Korjob Canada Recruiting is currently filling a position in the city of Gwangju to begin MID FEB
We have a really nice position to fill in Gwangju city. This schools has 25 other foreign teachers there. You will be very hard-pressed to find another school in Korea that has that many foreign teachers. This is a very good sign for applicants as the schools is financially healthy, you would have plenty of support from other Canadians and Americans, and would have no need to be concerned about your position, accommodations or being lonely.
The director has asked us to send him the resume of one of our applicants to be considered for an interview. This is a good one and is a very good opportunity for male applicants with general degrees and limited experience. With such a big school with so many teachers, the director is more open to new grads and is more concerned with personality than experience and education degrees etc.. he did say that tesol would be preferred though.
POSITION INFORMATION
Gwangju is a big city.. and this is a solid chain that uses an american curriculum and has been around for quite awhile. More importantly though, the director is kind. The hours are also good (shorter than the standard 9:30-6:30).

Salary : 2.2 million won per month.
Teaching age group : kinder and elementary.
School Working days a week : Mon -- Friday
Working hours : 30 teaching hours
Operation hours : AM 10:00-PM 6:00
Type of Housing : Single studio fully furnished
Air fare - provided to Korea
Starting Date : Mid-February (training provided)
Provided Completion Bonus: equal to 1 month's salary
Medical insurance : 50% through AIG insurance.
