I have gone through the article written by you on high paying jobs in Gulf, but dont you think that the work experieance of gulf countires is discounted a bit as compared to that of an emerging economy like India & China. Also do yo think that one can come back from Gulf countries (in specific reference to Banking Industry)and have a similar level job vis a vis Indian peers, what I mean here is that a guy who is sussessful in India would be earning more or similar as compared to Gulf.

Can you suggest how can one come back after having a stint of 3-5 years in Gulf and whether one can get a better or a similar job as compared to their India peers?
