Bodrum was once a small fishing town. Today it is the most well known resort in Turkey. Bodrum has been in so many magazines this winter, it is almost impossible find any reviews for other resorts in Turkey.

Situated on the south west coast of Turkey, Bodrum is a wonderful spot for sea lovers. Both the Aegean and the Mediterranean sea gives their best of waters to the beaches of Bodrum. Scuba Diving, snorkelling and the many boat trips to choose from are some of the highlights of this beautiful Peninsula.

There are 12 main resorts in Bodrum Peninsula and the main names you will come across are Gumbet, Bitez, Yalikavak, Turgutreis and Torba. All offering their unique taste to holiday makers. All the resorts are joined up by the main highway that streches from Milas Airport to the Peninsula. Just 26km away from the resort Milas Bodrum Airport is a small but modern airport. You can get a taxi ride from any of the resort and it is always recommend to negotiate for the price of the journey.

Bodrum Nightlife offers so much to tourists during their stay, whether you want a table for two on a beach restaurant or dance the night away at a European Night Club. You can have it all, escape the crowds or be right in one.
