'Native' English-speaking Korean citizen w/o degree - 2015-04-15

I'm a Korean citizen who was attending a top 15 school in the US and had to unexpectedly return. I grew up in the US since I was 8 so consider myself as 'native' an English speaker as any other, so was looking for decently-paying jobs teaching English while I'm here.

I do not yet have my degree (communications/media), though I've completed three years. I've been batch-emailing a bunch of different companies, and was contacted by a rep at Chungdahm Learning who wants me to come in for an interview.

Now, I know that CL/CDI requires a degree, so was confused why they contacted me for an in-person interview. Do they make exceptions in cases like these where the applicant is near graduating but do not yet hold a degree?

Thanks in advance for your input!
