Well, I am Aussie, so I usually think in AUD. However, I was told that at least 30 000 USD was required. To be honest I did not not know the exact amount. Anyway, for a lot of former China foreigners, especially Guangxi ones, Thailand, especially Pattaya is the place to be. That was all I was really trying to say. Considering how boring Nanning is, it really does not surprise me.
