Why do the ones who pollute the most have to complain?

The law may affect some FTs and their educational institutions even if they don't run "clandestine operations". Israel/Russia that you bring in here are high up on the UN list of dictatorships. Perhaps WTO should examine its agreements with China and see how many promises have been broken so far.

Amused wrote to follow up:
The internet is already a cesspool of foul bogus discharge in the guise of information. Please provide us with the United Nations' official "list of dictatorships". Please offer us the name of one NGO in China that is authorized to offer Z visas to FTs.
