In a report to us by Major General B(@d $t@ph#nz (AU) active during the time period starting December 2015 to present the police in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, have been sweeping public areas where foreigners have been congregating such as restaurants, malls, and bars. Teachers are being detained, arrested, and depending on the whim of the in-charge officer deported. Some have been released and then re-arrested several days later. Be warned, advised, whatever vernacular you want to use to stay as far away from Henan Province as you can.
