Confused - 2016-09-07

Hey Turnoi,

Most posters don't seem to understand the original post. It's not about South Africans. It's about how a non native can get his UK or foreign degrees authenticated in the UK or elsewhere and not about accent. The issue is if Chinese embassy or foreign affairs department aren't clear about the process or procedures as claimed by some on this platform, who does?

Another issue is, if it's that complex getting a degree attested from someone's country of origin (e.g a Briton who studied in in the UK) , how frustrating would it be for someone who is not from the country but studied there (e.g a Zimbabwean who studied in the UK)?

I hope the above sheds more light.

Cheers :b
