The mainland Chinese must learn to have respect for people in other countries. When they are
in foreign places, whether it is Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, Italy or
France, they must remember that THEY are the foreigners. When they break the law in
these countries they should be subject to severe penalties.

Many of them cannot behave in their own country let alone a foreign one! Allowing kids to go to the 'toilet' on the street just metres from a public toilet, snorting and spitting out great lumps of phlegm etc. It's what they do here so I guess it's just 'natural' to them wherever they go.

I must admit that the HK Chinese are much more well-behaved than mainland Chinese - in general, of course!
