Tonight's dinner is roast leg of lamb with mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, and gravy.
All cooked at home, right here in China.

Benchtop oven: 219 yuan from Wal-Mart. Purchased over a year ago and used daily.
Bisto gravy: TaoBao. Mix it 50/50 with cornflour and it lasts twice as long.
Whole leg of lamb (cut into 2): 79 yuan from RT Mart
