No garage, no car, underfloor central heating. Been on for a few days now. Garden can only be entered/exited by a door from the living room. Garden has a low wall on top of which is a low wrought-iron fence. There are 2 gardens belonging to my immediate neigbors, one either side of my garden. Flat has gas for cooking as well as electricity. Dunno about herbs, etc - I was never a gardener. Flat has 2 bedrooms.

Forgot to say last time - my wife also grew lots of Chinese onions.
