You are proof that FT's in China are bitter, competitive,and always rail against each other. That place is toxic, I am glad I am out. If you cook at home, good for you, I did sometimes when I was in China, other times I did not. It is up to the person if they like cooking or not, it is nothing to get bent out of shape about, I do not know why you feel the need to teach others how to cook, if someone likes to eat lanzhou lamian each lunchtime...let them do so.
